Origin: From the selected vineyard ‘Houlevena’, one of the first vineyards of Domaine Hatzimichalis in the heart of the Atalanti Valley.

Vinification: White vinification method under controlled temperature.

Alcoholic strength: 14,5% Vol

Ageing potential: Enjoy it within the first 3 years of its harvest.

Tasting notes: Bright, light yellow colour with discreet green hues. Pleasant aromas of tropical fruits and white peaches. Rich and elegant in the mouth with well balanced acidity, notes of pineapple and long, pleasant aftertaste.

Food pairing – Serving temperature: Ideal with seafood, grilled fish, pasta salads, pork cooked in mild sauce, poultry and soft cheeses. Best served at 8-10°C.
