Origin: From selected sub-montainous vineyards of Domaine Hatzimichalis private owned vineyard in Atalanti Valley.

Vinification: Each variety is fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.

Alcoholic strength: 13,5% Vol

Tasting notes: Bright, light-golden colour with green highlights. The aromatic profile consists of tropical fruits aromas which are highlighted by botanical and floral notes. On the palate it is creamy, round with pronounced acidity which gives freshness and highlights the vibrant, fruity flavors. Long aftertaste.

Food pairing - Serving temperature: Enjoy it with grilled or fried fish, poultry, pork, green salads, pasta with light sauces and dishes of traditional and also ethnic cuisine. Best served at 8-10°C.
