Le Roi des Montagnes Assyrtiko

This special Assyrtiko comes from our vineyard in Sofiana, Corinthia, at 900m.. It ferments and matures in 500-liter French oak barrels for nine months.

Mellow peaches and sweet apricots in the nose along herbal nuances give the tone. On the palate, despite the high alcohol, the razor sharp acid provides lovely balance and freshness.

Can be long aged.
