ORINI ADOLI GHIS ROSE

The wine has a bright orange color with violet hints and dominant aromas of strawberry, cherry, and boysenberries.

It is a refreshing and fascinating rosé wine balancing well a seductive sweetness and a crisp acidity.

Serve at 8 - 10°C with a variety of fruits and pastries, as well as Chinese and Thai cuisine. It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.

Under proper storage conditions this wine can be enjoyed for up to 3 years.

Grape Varieties : 60% Syrah, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vineyards

The vineyards are located in the Selianitika region of Achaia in the Peloponnese at an altitude of 350m. The soil is a mixture of sand and clay and the grape yields are about 8000kg per hectare.

Wine Making

Skin contact 6-10 hours for each grape variety separately. Stainless steel tank fermentation at 15°C temperature to retain primary fruit aromatics. The fermentation is arrested with cooling at approximately 10g/L of residual sugar to create an off-dry style of wine.
