Our Company

At the foot of Mount Parnassus, just 17 km from the ski resorts, lies Amfikleia, a large village that dominates in the valley of Boeotian Kifissos.
For more than 25 years the production unit for traditional pasta of Yannis Balomenos is located here.
Combining traditional techniques and the latest equipment, taglierini, trahanas, lasagna, barley and other pasta are being produced from pure local ingredients, according to the traditional recipes of the village.
The reputation of the traditional pasta “Amfikleia” has travelled allover Greece and the tasty products are available upon request.
