An explosively aromatic rose wine, fruity and balanced, vinificated by combining indigenous and international grape varieties, which have perfectly acclimatised on our island.

Wine making:

Grapes are carefully selected by hand exactly at the point of their best phenolic and aromatic maturity. After being de-stemmed, a short skin contact, for about 3 hours, is carried out. The free run juice is fermented in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 16 - 18°C.

Tasting Note:

Soft coral colour. Clearly Mediterranean, it displays seductive aromas of red fruits and notes of blossomy herbs. The palate is silky and fresh with a long flavourful aftertaste of strawberry marmalade.

Food matches:

Perfect with the Mediterranean cuisine, as well as with vegetable dishes and pasta. Serve at 10°C - 12°C.
