Delicious protein pancake mix with protein and almond flour, high in magnesium and iron. Super easy to prepare, add cup (about 190ml) milk of your choice of milk or water to the mixture (100g) and stir by hand until it becomes homogeneous. Put 3 tablespoons of dough into a non-sticking pan that has previously been greased and warmed, bake until the top of the pan is almost dry, then turn it and bake for about 1 minute. Garnish and enjoy!
