The qualities of Dukan® oat bran bars

Made out of carefully selected ingredients, these Dukan® oat bran bars do not contain white flour or added sugar and are low-fat. The sugars in the orange flavour dark chocolate-coated oat bran bars are naturally present in the oat bran, cacao, flaxseed and sunflower seeds.

What is oat bran?

Oat bran is the hull of the oat kernel, rich in fibre called beta glucans. Once ingested, the oat bran mixes with the alimentary bolus and the soluble fibres fill with water.

Beta glucans, because of their capacity for absorption, contribute to:

- maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels*,

- stabilizing the absorption of sugar after meals**.

* Pour a total intake of 3 g/day of beta glucans.

** Intake of beta glucans during a meal contributes to reducing the rise in blood sugar after the meal.

Our oat bran is special. The milling M2bis (grinding) and sifting B6 (sieving) it undergoes provide it with unique proprieties. The label M2bisB6® is a guarantee of quality.
