Soak the porcini mushrooms in a bowl with water for 20-30 minutes, then drain and use them in your favorite recipe.
Cooking Tip: You can use the soaking water as a stock for risotto or soups. Prior to using, allow the liquid settle and gently pour it out leaving any sediment behind.
