With this mix you will make simple and easily a gluten free wonderful multigrain bread! This is an amazing blend of carefully selected organic ingredients that contains wholemeal oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseed, sesame, chia seeds, wholemeal millet, psyllium and sea salt. It does not contain wheat, yeast, sugar and additives.
Contains 36.5% oat flakes and 57% seeds
It yields about 1kg bread.

Preparation: Put the content of the package into a bowl and add 500ml of cold water. Stir the dough and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Spread the dough evenly to a well-oiled baking tray (25x10cm). Bake in a non-preheated oven at 200°C for about 80 minutes. Remove immediately from the baking tray and allow it to cool well before cutting.
Quick Preparation: Stir with 500ml of boiling water and let the dough rise for 20 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven for 70 minutes.
