Lazaris Kumquat Liqueur from Corfu island is made by extracting the famous kumquat citrus fruit in alcohol, using the traditional method handed down from generation to generation. The Kumquat fruits are carefully handpicked from the orchard, cleaned, washed, and placed in stainless steel tanks along with alcohol, so that the alcohol can draw out all the essence, aroma and flavor of the fruit. Finally, syrup is added to create the liqueur.
