It is made from a vegetable called Konjac, which is a whole food, high in fibre, low in calories and low in carbohydrates with low glycemic index. Konjac has been consumed in Asian countries for centuries and is known for its amazing health benefits due to fiber called glucomannan, which acts effectively against obesity, cholesterol, blood pressure and digestive problems. Slendier Noodles makes you feel fuller for longer minus the calories. These Noodles are only 10 calories per 100 grams.  So incredibly easy to prepare as it is pre cooked therefore simply drain away fluid, rinse, leave in hot water for one minute, drain water again and mix in with your favorite sauces, soups and salads. Suitable also for vegans.
