Lazaris Limoncello Liqueur from Corfu island is made by extracting fresh lemons in alcohol, using the traditional method handed down from generation to generation. The fruits are carefully handpicked from the orchard, cleaned, washed, and peeled. Lemon zest is placed in stainless steel tanks along with alcohol, so that the alcohol can draw out all the essence, aroma and flavor of the fruit. Finally, syrup is added to create the liqueur.
