Fairies white

A white semi-sweet semi-sparkling wine, from the varieties Assyrtiko, Malagouzia and Moschofilero.

Colour: Color Bright white with violet highlights

Aromatic profile: Fino bouquet but also generous, tempting fruit aromas - strawberry and Cornelian cherry - blend harmoniously with notes of white flowers.

Τaste characteristics: Exuberant and full in the mouth with balanced acidity and dynamic presence of bubbles. The above elements work synergistically offering a generous and creamy mouth with harmonious sweetness and fruity aromatic aftertaste.

SERVED : 8-10°C

Vinification: The vinification of each variety takes place separately in stainless steel tanks and under controlled temperature conditions of 16-17 ° C. The fermentations are stopped by cooling the fermented must, leaving residual sugars in the wine.Immediately after, the Fairy blend takes place and post-fermentation actions follow with periodic suspension of wine sludge for about 1 month, at which time the processes for the preparation of bottling begin.
