HARVEST : The 2017 vintage, started out as a late ripening year because of the heavy winter. However, thanks to the normal conditions that prevailed in summer, white varieties were harvested late by only a few days, giving grapes with slightly reduced acidity, but with high alcoholic potential and impeccable health, a very important factor in white wine vinification.

VINIFICATION : Classic white wine vinification in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control, with the addition of controlled quantities of high-quality fresh resin during the alcoholic fermentation process.
