Tsipouro Tyrnavou Without Anise
Tsipouro Tyrnavou Without Anise is a Greek traditional spirit produced by The Tyrnavos Coop Winery & Distillery. A single-variety grape distillate originating from the exceptional Black Muscat Grapes. A crystal clear distillate, surprisingly velvety and complex, with rich aromas that remind of pear, currant and rose petals.
Enjoy Tsipouro of Tyrnavos with salty and piquant meze. It pairs beautifully with cured meat, grilled sausages, grilled mushrooms, fried peppers and aubergines, grilled octopus, mussel risotto, pickled rock samphire, Greek fava. And it makes a great ingredient for modern Greek-style cocktails.

Distillation
After extracting the must from the grapes for winemaking, the grape-marcs of the “Black Muscat of Tyrnavos” are carefully distilled in modern pot-stills, using evolutionary techniques, in order to extract the special, aromatic character of the grape.
