A delightfully floral twist on a classic cocktail, HENDRICK’S MIDSUMMER SOLSTICE and fresh grapefruit juice pair up for your next backyard soiree or rooftop gathering! A gin cocktail for summer but the unwritten message in every Salty Dog recipe is that summer is merely a state of mind.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 parts HENDRICK’S MIDSUMMER SOLSTICE

3 parts Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

1/4 part Simple Syrup

1 Grapefruit Slice to Garnish

HOW TO MAKE

Combine all ingredients in a salt-rimmed (optional) highball glass filled with cubed ice and lightly churn.

Garnish with a thin slice of pink grapefruit and serve.
