THE TASTE
Arctic thyme adds floral flavours to the lemon and balsamic aromas found in Rosemary which together balance with our citrus and juniper classic profile.
NOSE: Refined herbal and floral notes of lavender and sage with mint notes.
PALATE: Smooth sweetness with balsamic notes and spring countryside flowers.

INGREDIENTS
50ml Martin Miller’s Summerful Gin
150ml Indian tonic water
Garnish: Wedge of pink grapefruit & rosemary sprig
Ice
METHOD
1. Chill a balloon glass with ice and empty any residue water from the melted ice.
2. Pour Martin Miller’s Summerful Gin over the ice.
3. Add the tonic water gently to preserve the bubbles.
4. Stir gently
5. Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit & a sprig of rosemary

INGREDIENTS
50ml Martin Miller’s Summerful Gin
25ml fresh lime juice
15ml simple syrup
8-10 mint leaves
Soda / prosecco
Ice
METHOD
1. Add simple syrup and the mint leaves into a shaker, muddle the mint lightly.
2. Add the fresh lime, ice cubes and Martin Miller’s Summerful Gin.
3. Shake hard.
4. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
5. Top up with soda or prosecco wine
6. Garnish with a lime wedge and 8-10 leaves of fresh mint.
