True standard of the Foursquare distillery, this rum aged in bourbon barrels then matured for several months in Oloroso sherry barrels.
Profile: Fine and elegant, marked by nuts, acacia honey and mango. Nice depth, sweet and subtle, it is on vanilla, bananas, raisins and sherry.
TASTING NOTE
Appearance : burnished gold with glints of amber.
Nose : refined and elegant. Initially characterised by walnuts, it evolves into notes of acacia honey and mango. Beautiful depth.
Palate : mellow and subtle, it offers a sweet variation on vanilla, banana, raisins and sherry. Rich.
