VINIFICATION METHOD: Classic red vinification for 4-5days.
CHARACTERISTICS: Bright ruby color with purple highlights and complex aroma of rose, cherry and plum. Mouth with balanced acidity and pleasant tannins in the aftertaste.
GOES WELL WITH: Red meat dishes with rich sauce, bushmeat and spicy yellow cheeses. Enjoy it at 14-16°C.
