VINIFICATION: Mixture of two wine varieties. Crushing and pressing of grapes, extracting for one night followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18° C.

ORIGIN : Asprokampos: Vineyards in the Stymfalia plateau, in deep, clayey, alkaline soils, with ample calcium carbonate. Their yield does not exceed 900 kg/acre. The local climate is characterised by cold winters, with plenty of rain and snow, cool springs and dry summers, with high temperatures during the day and cool nights.

Harvest: Early October.
