VISUAL: Crystal clear, pale salmon colour
AROMA: Intense aromatic character, reminiscent of fine notes of peach, rose, raspberry and honey.
TASTE: Very vivid and fresh due to its high acidity which balances very smoothly with the sweetness from the residual sugars exhibiting a long fresh aromatic aftertaste.
DISHES: Served as an aperitif or a welcome drink but also accompanies food such as pasta with sweet and sour sauces, fried fish as well Asian or Mexican cuisine.
