Composition of the varieties: 25% Xinomavro, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Negoska, 25% Merlot

Vineyard: Linear layout in area of Bidabla Goumenissa.

Soil: Medium-textured clayey-sandy at Bidabla.

Winemaking: Pre-fermentation cold maceration for two days, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, with the wine remaining with the lees for 3 months with periodic stirring.

Organoleptic features: The color is light red with violet hints. It has intense aromas of small red fruits combined with sweet notes of jasmine and white pepper. In the mouth it is light cool, delicious with juicy tannins and soft fruity aftertaste. To be drunk at cool temperature of 12o C
