Composition of the varieties: 50% Xinomavro and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon

Vineyard: Linear layout at Bidabla, Goumenissa.

Soil: Light-textured clayey-sandy

Winemaking: The grapes remain for some hours with the must, until we have the desired color. The alcoholic fermentation is performed at controlled low temperature. The wine remains with the lees for 3 months.

Organoleptic features: The wine is of a rosy color, and hides an explosive nose which combines fragrances of wild strawberry, cherry and blueberry, with elegant hints of herbs. The perfectly balanced rich mouth, impresses with its refreshing and crisp acidity, which leaves a long and pleasant aftertaste. Enjoy it cool at a temperature of 8-10C.
