Χρώµα απαλό κίτρινο µε πράσινες ανταύγες. Σύνθετο άρωµα από εσπεριδοειδή (λεµόνι και γκρέιπφρουτ), φρούτα (ροδάκινο) και µικρά λευκά λουλούδια. Γεύση φρέσκια και έντονη. Αυτό το κρασί το χαρακτηρίζει η αρµονία.

Σερβίρεται σαν απεριτίφ είτε με το επιδόρπιο είτε σαν υλικό μέσα σε κοκτέιλ.

FLAVOR

This wine is memorable for its delightful and refreshing character. Light yellow in color with green tints. It possesses a complex nose characterized by a hint of delicious citrus flavors, such as lemon and grapefruit and sweet tasting fruits like apples and peaches.

Sparkling white wine CUVÉE LAURENT Brut is an excellent aperitif wine. Best to be served at a temperature of 8° to 10°C.

PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION OF WINE

Sparkling wine CUVÉE LAURENT Brut is produced from white grapes Ugni Blanc and Colombard, noted for their highly aromatic potential, a characteristic which contributes to the reputation of many great white wines. A traditional brut "CUVÉE LAURENT is vinified in accordance to very strict specifications established by "VINS BREBAN" with its winemaking partners. Such key requirements for the elaboration of quality sparkling wines, for example, the determination of the ideal date of harvest, careful vinification at low temperatures, and yeasting, are clearly defined and carefully respected during the winemaking process. This enables one to obtain a fine and aromatic wine, with good acidity, and an ideal alcohol content. The CUVÉE LAURENT Brut wines are put through a secondary fermentation in aging tanks for up to 30 days, and thence filtered and bottled.
