Made with pure cane sugar and rigorously selected natural extracts of caramel, Marie Brizard Caramel Syrup is highly concentrated and has an authentic caramel flavour. No conservative agent. No colouring.

FLAVOURED COFFEE

1,5 parts of Marie Brizard® Caramel Syrup

2 parts of expresso coffee

2 parts of almond milk

1 part of cream

1 spoon of vanilla sugar

Pour the caramel syrup, then with the back of a spoon, gently pour the coffee. Create a mousse of almond milk and white chocolate sauce melted in siphon and pour like a whipped cream on top.
