Ingredients

25ml Edinburgh Gin

25ml Edinburgh Gin's Plum & Vanilla Liqueur

25ml lemon juice

1 egg white

Garnish - plum wedge

Method

Dry shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then add ice and shake again.

Double-strain into a rocks glass.

Garnish with a plum wedge.
