Το Chairman’s Reserve White Label είναι ένα blend από ρούμι 3 έως 4 ετών που αποστάζεται σε συνδυασμό χάλκινων αποστακτήρων Pot Still και Coffey Still, και έχoυν παλαιωθεί σε αμερικανικά βαρέλια από ξύλο βελανιδιάς, θέλοντας να φτιάξουν ένα λευκό ρούμι με αναζωογονητικές νότες εσπεριδοειδών, πολυπλοκότητα και ισορροπία που επιτρέπει να χρησιμοποιείται καλύτερα ως βάση για κοκτέιλ και άλλα mixer ποτά.

Xρώμα: Διαφανές

Γεύση: Στεγνή πρώτα, στη συνέχεια, γλύκες νότες και κρέμα, εσπεριδοειδή και ένα μακρύ ισορροπημένο φινίρισμα

Μύτη: Αναζωογονητική μύτη εσπεριδοειδών με γλύκες νότες και βραστά γλυκά

Its clean, crisp, mouthfeel and creamy citrus notes make it ideal for mixing, and a favorite amongst bartenders around the world.

Rum Blend: Blend of pot and column still rums.

Maturation: 2-3 years aged in ex-Bourbon barrels then charcoal filtered to remove color

Tasting Notes: Clear and white in clarity and color. Toasted marshmallow, banana bread, and confectioners sugar on the nose. Dry on the palate with notes of lime, coconut, and grilled pineapple which conclude in a lingering finish as is to be expected with such a quality spirit.
