It is in this tradition that we would like to introduce the most important release in the history of The GlenAllachie Distillers Company; GlenAllachie 12 year old, the heart of our range, a landmark bottling. Our best casks selected and bottled under the careful eye of our Master Distiller Billy Walker.

The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and natural colour.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Burnished Mahogany.

NOSE: Butterscotch and honey playing the lead with raisins and mocha in the background.

TASTE: Honey, marzipan and bananas, with lashings of butterscotch, raisins and a delicate hint of mocha.

Almost two years since we formed the GlenAllachie Distillers Company, bringing the distillery back into private ownership, we released the very special expression as an extension of our core range. Our Master Distiller, Billy Walker, has worked tirelessly on perfecting this expression since day one; evaluating casks and refining recipes to create something special. We’re proud to present the jewel in our crown; the GlenAllachie 15 years old.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Deep Auburn.

NOSE: Overflowing with raisins, butterscotch and sweet spices.

TASTE: The rainbow of sweet spices, raisins and butterscotch develops to banana, orange peel and dark chocolate.

MacNair's Lum Reek Peated 12 Year Old - Blended Malt Scotch Whisky 50ml

Introducing the first age range statement from MacNair’s, the Lum Reek 12 years old, bottled at 46% ABV, reflects Billy Walker’s vast experience as a blender, his creative skills and his expert knowledge of wood management. A combination of whiskies from first fill Bourbon, Red Wine and Pedro Ximenez casks were blended together to produce this smoky malt.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Copper Bronze.

NOSE: Sweet peat reek combining with butterscotch and mocha.

TASTE: Lashings of rich peat reek with mature heather notes, bog myrtle, butterscotch, toffee and sweet spices.
